I used to love, love, LOVE holiday music. I can't tell you when I got sick of it…I remember still enjoying it when my kids were little. We would wait for the satellite radio in the car to switch their stations to holiday programming and turn it on for the those daily hour-long drives (and back!) to/from swim practice. But at some point, I think I got fed up with the way-too-early holiday thing, and after I'd taken a break from holiday tunes, I found that I couldn't stand them anymore! They were so saccharine, it seemed unbearable.
Maybe it's age. Maybe it's the scary times we live in. But I did appreciate Kaskade's new release of holiday music. Here's his short blog post announcing its release, and here is the albums on YouTube:
