Very interesting. I've always felt like writing felt like channeling some higher power. Now I don't have to be embarrassed to admit it, since Steven Pressfield apparently believes the same. However, it has never occurred to me that the battle to actually get the writing done could be described so grandly as “Resistance.” Yes, that's with a capital “R.” A great read, but not only for writers of fiction. If you're working on a big paper or thesis, this book is for you.
